Product development – Design and sample creation: Our clients establish the style, purpose and role of each garment and the stresses and strains each type of product will undergo, creating clothing lines specifically to their needs.
This is then translated into finished products, handling carefully all aspects of sample creation such as fabric sourcing and development, lab dips, decoration and finishing techniques, prototypes and sales samples.

Garment specification and development: We can work from samples, drawings, or specifications and will require as much of the following information as possible.
  • Sample or line drawing 
  • Size ratio
  • Preferred fabric and weight 
  • Seams and embroidery requirement
  • Prints and washes 
Once this information has been provided we then proceed to making sample prototypes in “like” fabric for fit and construction allowing the client to view what the product will actually look like. Upon completion, this process will then allow the client to make further adjustments and changes prior to bulk production.    
At this point a price will have been agreed on and accepted, however, if further modifications are required, the price will reflect accordingly.

Production planning and management: Quality reporting is an integral part of our in-house processes, ensuring that all orders are delivered on time and according to the customers' exact specifications. We are used to working towards a timed schedule and an agreed critical path.

Quality Assurance: Quality is measured at each stage in the production process which consists of the following:
  • Pre-Production (PP)
  • Initial Production (IP)
  • During Production (DP)
  • Final Random Inspection (FRI)
Once the above processes have been completed and all specifications have been met the goods are dispatched ready to be delivered.
